  • Free tier with basic layouts and features
  • Premium tier (£9.99 one-time payment) with additional layouts and features
  • Integration with Battlemetrics API for server data
  • Widget embedding and analytics

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not use the service for any unlawful or malicious purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy our widget system
  • Not remove branding from free widgets

4. Premium Purchase

Premium access is a one-time payment of £9.99 that provides:

  • Access to all premium layouts
  • Removal of branding from all widgets
  • Advanced analytics dashboard
  • Priority support
  • Early access to new features

Payment is processed securely through PayPal. All sales are final - see our Refund Policy for details.

5. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Access and use the service for lawful purposes
  • Create and embed widgets on your websites
  • Use our API for widget functionality

This license does not permit you to:

  • Resell or redistribute our service
  • Copy or reverse engineer our technology
  • Remove attribution from free tier widgets

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Rust Server Widget are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our service. We may:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance
  • Update features and functionality
  • Temporarily suspend service for technical reasons

9. Limitation of Liability
